Sixty years ago,

In 1961 AD, the grandfather Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al-Majed – may Allah have mercy on him – laid the foundations of the family’s real estate development house; building multiple palaces and houses using mud, following the traditional methods and tools of the first generation. His activity was mainly centered in Riyadh city and its governorates, such as Al-Majma’ah, Thadiq, Huraymila, and others.

 

After about three decades,

and following the introduction of reinforced concrete construction, drawing from his father’s rich experience and keeping pace with modern methods, the father, Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Majed, built upon his father’s foundations in 1994 by constructing several residential projects using the sturdy reinforced concrete system. He developed his expertise in finishing and detailing, mastering the finer points, thereby producing and enriching the field. Although opportunities for expansion were opened to him, he preferred to document and secure the interests of his clients and partners with caution and precision, carefully ensuring confirmed benefits for them in his products and investments, which earned him well-deserved trust.

In 2020,

the third generation crowned that pivotal moment by establishing Masheed Company for Real Estate Development and Investment, relying on a combination of two components: accumulated expertise in real estate development, and a vision that keeps pace with the times, achieves the company’s goals, and is keen to contribute to fulfilling the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
